Random thoughts today 2-3-25

I try to turn my thoughts inward but it’s not easy.  There is so much going on in the world and much of it is not things anyone should want to dwell on.  Let me just sy that the time since Trump has taken office for a second time has been so fucking exhausting.  

Some thoughts running through my mind that are void of the Trump thoughts and that deal with creativity and writing lead me this direction:

• Looking for a singular something that pulled me towards small chapbook on a theme. One general idea or thing which I can center around a discovery.  Keep this thought going.
• A poem I'm working on - an elegy to forgotten thoughts. 
• I did a submission yesterday- keep it going -- 
• Resistance - how many ways can a writer be the resistance to the authoritarian action from Trump.
• Read more books. Read more poetry. Write more.
